Revealing the new face of a 3.8-million-year-old early human ancestor
[cnn.com]
Some articles that are suggestive of the curious mix that added to our developing strands from ancestors that made homo sapiens the most resilient of species.
Thanks for the additional links. I've saved them and look forward to reading those articles.
@MojoDave You're welcome.
I sometimes think that excavations are too concentrated, in it's search for our early ancestors in Africa, to the detriment of searching other pars of the globe (such as Asia) that may have surprising finds.
I am of the opinion that what made homo sapiens was the harsher environment it found in the northern hemisphere, which meant that early man had to think about how it could adapt to it and come up with working solutions.
I can hardly imagine the excitement of finding this! Such great times we are in, with access to this info and images, thanks for posting .
Thanks!
Love this stuff! Thanks
I enjoy this information as much as anyone!
