Does anybody else cook with beer? My favorite lazy BBQ is my rotisserie basket over hickory chips in BEER! No flipping, no flare ups, and delicious flavor! Works great for many meats and seafood and grilling sauces... No need to use expensive brews ... Posted in Beer and craft brewing group
