The Pentagon has said that the National Guard has their authority to be armed, unlike on the 6th. Remember, they sent out an open letter saying that on January 20, 2021, President Elect Joe Biden will be inaugurated and, tp paraphrase, no bull shit will be allowed within their ranks and any civilian (tRump people) not legal orders will be ignored. So, the military has quietly (in a polite letter) said no coup is coming. If those militia types try to fight the military, they will flame out and be destroyed.
