I agree in the main, but the creator of the meme used a poor choice of background picture. I definitely would not include Eisenhower or Teddy Roosevelt in that ilk. Eisenhower (not to mention he vanquished the fascists) warned of the miltary-industrial complex having too much power, and TR fought against monopolies and for regulation of the railroads. Besides, I think that's Lincoln with his back to the viewer - today he'd be a Democrat.
But the others were a pretty disgusting lot, especially Trump, Reagan, Nixon, Bush Jr. - in that order, I'd say.
