I ate the greens before, but I like the flower tea idea.

When I was little I used to dig up the greens for my neighbor who loved to eat them. She would pay me a nickel for a bucket if I washed them too. Lol. Once she showed me how much a bucket amounted to after they were cooked and they didn’t even fill a plate.
I'm going to have to try this.
