OK. I'm on the "no sweets challenge". 24 hours in. Doesn't seem like a lot but is for me. Rest of diet isn't so great but...No sweets

I may have to try that to kick back into eating better/dietIng. I did about 6 months of eating better and keeping calories lower which meant a lot less sugar. Then the holidays hit, more sugar of course and since have been able to maintain but have not managed to get the sugar back out of my day to day eating. May need a little cold turkey to get it under control.

I'm on day two of my avoidance of all sweets...Plan on posting everyday to hold myself accountable
I usually gain like 5 pounds during the holidays but at least it was only 2 this year
