I hope it's OK to post frequent updates here on my battle to avoid sweets. It seems to be working. In 4 hours it will be 72 hours with no sweets. Yesterday was a little tough. On Wednesdays I work out of town. I always stop and get a treat at the gas station there for the ride home. Old habits die hard.
