Hi thanks for add,,,I have given up eating bread ,,oh my I so miss it ,I was surprised how much I ete,,but I have lost sum of my belly ,,,so I will continue ,,my next cut out is potatos I love them ,,,then sugar ,the big one ,,

Bread is a difficult one, I still eat it but not super often. I'm trying to reach my desired weight via caloric deficit and healthier eating habits. I hope to remove the deficit part once I get there.

I can't be trusted ,to have it now an again ,all or nothing for me ,and it's nothing lol ,you have more control than me ,,but I hope one day I can have a few carbs now again ,,
