I think i finally got it together! Finally several days in a row eating within calorie range and not even a desire to binge. I'm getting my strength training routine together to start next week to go along with my cycling. I've got this!

Yay! Glad to hear it. Continue to build on that success... one day at a time. Keep records of everything... food/drink intake, calories, weight, and exercise. That allows you to see your progress as it happens and have your body to reward itself with good brain chems. That's how the brain learns to love the healthy lower-calorie foods that might not be your favorites right now. It also allows you to see where, when and by how much you go wrong at those times when you do.
