Thought our smoker died, but I was proven wrong, so I smoked some beef strips & prepared fixings for bang mi sandwiches.
slaw mix - some recipes will call for kimchi
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup slaw mix
2 jalapenos, cut into slivers
there's really no point in measuring the rest
Bread roll
Some type of meat, I prefer shredded beef or pork, I've also used left over bbq
Sliced cucumber
Cilantro
Dressing - I mix Korean bbq sauce & mayo, cuz I mainly want to soften the roll
Hardest part is the meat, if there's a particular treatment you wanna give it. Dont use pickled jalapenos, as they throw off the flavor & don't have a crunch.
