Spaghetti and turkey meatballs with lettuce wedge and garlic toast.
Pasta Sauce
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 chopped onions
2 Tlbs Olive Oil
1/2 Tlbs dreid parsley
1 tsp Italian blend seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Saute' onion in olive oil until lightly caramelized, add garlic & seasonings, stir 1 minute, add both cans of tomatoes. Bring to a low boil stirring, reduce to a low simmer and cook covered 20 minutes, uncovered for 10 more minutes. Serve over pasta or store refrigerated for flavors to marry longer, reheat later or next day.
