Homegrown tomatoes. Roast beef. Medium rare porterhouse steak. Fresh ripe cherries. Pecan pie. Cheesecake. All breakfast meats.

I love all things fungal when well prepared. Wild mushrooms, truffles, morels, cepes, yum!
