Made soap today, rendered last year's peanut oil (fried turkeys) about 5 gal. Four pounds of Lye, four quarts of water, made about 70 manly size bars. This is a very simple soap, and over the years I've added about every thing you can imagine to this basic recipe, goat milk, herbs, scents and even rendered hog fat to make make soap. Ideas?

Call me weird, but I wouldn't want to use soap that has turkey or pig in it.
