Best example ,I am crew on a large sailboat (46ft). We absolutely depend on one another ...for.tasks as required ...and to solve problems that come up ( plan A is only theoretical) . Skipper’s #1 rule ..”.no crying” Feels good to be on a team

Why should anyone have to depend on someone? Working as a team would be so much better.
