Exactly! My days aren't much different. But my weekends are, because I can't go dancing at my favorite honkytonk bar
As an introvert who also had the advantage/disadvantage of being raised in Scotland when physical contact was unheard of I am finding the social isolation no problem.
Have you seen the scene from the Simpsons where groundskeeper Willie is saying goodbye to his elderly parents who he will probably never see again "Well I will be off then "
That was not exaggeration for comic effect that was reality.
That was a little too emotional for me.
I know a couple extros who are going a bit crazy.

i hear ya. I miss my dancing 3 nights/wk also. That part is killing me
