Yes, and smart. He was able to figure out how to undo the latch and then remove the lid of a steel container I kept corn in for my chickens.

these animals are more dextrous than humans as it goes and very intelligent. compared to humans they have very tiny hands yet they can catch very large powerful crabs safely from water that's too dirty to see the crab. I even dare you to try to do that. I know its a pain in the ass but you got to respect them and understand that life in the wild is always a fight for creatures like this.

@LeighShelton ... I agree. I don’t hate them. I’m in awe of them. They are beautiful and amazing. I do relocate them when they become a nuisance or threaten my chickens. I use traps that don’t harm the animal, and I drive them halfway across the county to a sparsely populated, wooded area near the river. It’s sort a ritual that I enjoy because I get to interact with the animal and see them up close for a brief time.
