I passed the test for Mensa and when I found out the due were $35.00. I didn't join. They told my IQ was 138. A Dr. friend recommended me to join. I told him I was smart enough to know I didn't have to pay dues to be a genius.

The IQ test was designed for one and only one reason. To measure Mental Retardation. End of Statement. Lots of Movies, Stories, Factually documented about persons who have noted disabilities and can perform on levels of achievement that cannot be measured.
If your looking for bragging rights about how smart you think you are or what Ivy League School, or prominent private school you attended, save it for the Class Reunion.

very well put, you can take three different IQ tests and get three startlingly different "IQ's"
