I see there is not a lot of activity in this group.
I had no idea there were these new groups. Interesting.
Come join us at Mental Health Support. I started the group when groups were formed, so many years ago. I needed support, so I reached out.
We have over 500 members. So a lot of different views and different ways of helping. There are also many lists pinned of helplines and page links.
