Must focus on the good things that have happened in your life, even individual events, and reflect on how much you contributed to their success, and the wellbeing and good times others have experienced because of you. This will show you what a valuable person you are.

Pamb68 - that sounds really hard. Please don't give up, we usually amaze ourselves with what we can do if we just keep putting one foot in front of another and forging ahead. You really CAN do. I'm sure you will be able to do much more than you ever thought was possible - stay strong and make time for stress relieving exercise. You will get through it.
