Consistent: Rush, Dave Matthews Band, Mumford & Sons, The Fray
Inconsistent: Eric Clapton, The Who, The Lumineers, and Blue Oyster Cult

Consistent: Rolling Stones, Boston, Pee Shy, Tom Petty and the Heart Breakers, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, and many more
Inconsistent: Bob Dylan, REM, Dire Straits, Aerosmith, My main problem with this one is that if they are that inconsistent I quit listening to them and forget about them.
