I do have a very modest social life, but I feel like I'm only superficially connected with the rest of the world most of the time. I also spend a great deal of time alone in my apartment. Am I still qualified to be a loner?

I often feel a lot less stressed when I'm in my apartment, though I do like to get out sometimes. I usually get out two or three times a week to go shopping, to the pharmacy, or to the library. I often ride a courtesy van which is a free service at these apartments where I live, to the grocery store. I do enjoy chatting with some of the other riders.
