I had no knowledge of the existence of 3 additional clusters of asteroids outside the asteroid belt. This is AMAZING.

Once this is realized the question of aliens coming to Earth to find resources goes out the window. There are more resources out there than will ever be here. As we are here and not there they would not have to deal with our stupidity and callousness.

Well, this is all still empty space for all practical purposes. But yes, an enormous amount of stuff is orbiting the Sun. The ancients had no idea.
