I tend to think THIS may be going just a bit too far.
A man in N.S.W. Australia was given an ORDER by police to move on or face a $1,000 fine because he chose to sit alone in a Public place and eat the Kebab he had just purchased while it was still hot.
To my mind THIS IS what to expect when any Government issues Carte Blanc powers either during a crisis like this or any other time.
Like many others, I travel by Public Transport, Buses, and buses run on schedules, ergo, I have to sit at a Bus Stop and WAIT until the Bus traveling to my destination arrives, I have little or no other choice but to do so.
I wonder IF the 'Traps' (police) in the above matter even bothered to ask the man WHY he was sitting ALONE on a Public Bench eating his food?

Yet again identifying the lowered standards needed for the police forces of Australia.

That’s odd. I thought it was a two person rule if you are in a public place

Are the individual officers supposed to weigh the nuances or carry out their orders?

Well, imho, they should at least use a bit of common sense and just go about issuing fines that end re-filling the Government Coffers as these fines will do.

Hard to see what the health issue was. He could give the Kebab the virus? The Kebab might give him the virus? Were he eating at home alone the risk would be the same. Over zealous cops who like sound of their own 2 cents of real authority.

I once a few years ago have a local patrol object to me reverse into an adjacent vehicleless two lane suburban Street rather than do a U turn on the more major but vacant street that I was on.
