Have you read C. S. Lewis' Space Trilogy?

I ask at the accepted risk of being crucified (pun intended) by those who may despise C.S. Lewis for being a Christian writer/philosopher 😛 (I hope lots of you are just happy to talk about books!)

-- Have you read C. S. Lewis's Space Trilogy?

I REALLY enjoyed this fictional trilogy. I found its dealings with the abstract ideas of the cosmos and unobserved universe, epistemology, morality and faith to be thought-provoking and creative 🙂.

I'm just dying to talk about it with someone, so let me know if you're out there!

Maybe some of you even read different religious or philosophical texts to learn more about the varying perspectives around you -- I haven't made time for that in a while, but I'd love to hear from you, too 🙂.

Also, Sci-fi & Fantasy lovers, unite! Some of my favourites are H.G. Wells, Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchett, and Jeanette Winterson.

I read Prerelandia and That Hideous Strength. I didn't even bother with Out Of The Silent Planet. I had had enough.

Posted by ReignmondA highly biased selection.

Posted by ReignmondI read this back in 2018. Absolutely loved it. It is an oddly small sized book, so it is good to travel with. [amazon.com]

Posted by ReignmondActually read this some time ago (46 years) while trying to figure out why I simply could not believe in Jesus or God or anything else I was being told by Bible Thumpers.
