Sunday read with Maps app to see where each location is placed on the map, nice large coffe while it is still snowing. The book is a recount of WWII events by none the less the great character Winston S Churchill. This is a rare book you don't want to rush things and just enjoy the world travel from place to place even if for the wrong reasons (War)

This slow Sunday reading continues.... Chapter 9 The Martyrdom of Warsaw seems to establish grounds on how/why Soviets parted ways with the West. They were allies at the time..... Poland apparently was one big disagreement that eventually lead us all to the cold war and all those things that we keep dealing with up to this day

Maps slow me down but it does enhance the experience of reading about places I didn't know existed.

@IamNobody I have an inborn sense of direction,
and appreciate the additional
asset of cyber map / written location connection.
