@Alvinsmama . Many shades of ethnic people eat the Muscovy. It is supposed to be delicious and they are usually very big ducks. They multiply prolifically with ten to twenty young ducklings twice a year.
@Alvinsmama I had to look this up and share with "Food Glorious Food". Fascinating. The vinegar stops the blood coagulating.

@Alvinsmama . I seem to remember some of those names from my childhood. My mother's parents' side of the family came here from Poland. On my father's side they were from Transylvania and Hungary. I loved my grandmother's cooking. She taught me some of it.
