Is this a Warbler or a Goldfinch? Can any of you help? Taken today in north-central Indiana, USA.

Goldfinches in the US are going through their Spring coloration changes.
They can look almost yellow/green at one point. And not look perfectly put together as well.
I'd say this is a Goldfinch! 
Could be a juvenile male as well. Not sure about breeding seasons except here.

It's definitely not a goldfinch - unless US goldfinches are different to UK goldfinches, as is the case with robins and buzzards!

This is from the National Audubon Society’s page on American Golfinches ... it sort of looks the same ... maybe?
@WombatLima kinda. I usually just look at birds and think they are pretty and don't worry about the names
