Formatting
Yet again I read that people are having difficulty in formatting their precious compositions. At the bottom of this page there are three magical letters - FAQ. Press on it to open the page up and then scroll through until you reach the following:
Q: How can I make formatted text in my posts and comments?
Anything that no longer works as indicated please take up with Admin to have fixed. But please stop whinging that things don't work!

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Whilst not perfect, wrapping your prose in the poem formatting [ ] does retain carriage / paragragh breaks but fails on indents and suffers from reducing the number of characters per line.

To anyone who cares and will read on: ~
I am commonly & often disparagingly called "Folk music". This however is just like calling Zeus, Satan, Jesus Christ, Buddha or Mohammed “men”.
I bear my name with modest honour.
• I am thousands of years old.
• I spring from humanity with heartfelt truth.
• I am not religiously, politically, racially or socio-economically based even though many have tried to subvert me to their views and claim me for their exclusive ownership.
• I am enjoyed by all from the simple minded to the genius.
• I know no boundaries.
• I am simply complex.
• I mainly live through loving open-minded tolerant people.
• People have been assassinated to try and suppress me.
• I am your history, social or interrelationship commentary, your dreams and much more.
• If you let me, I will give you a lifetime of real pleasure.
• I belong to you, you, you and you. I am your heritage.
A wise man once said -"Only a fool discards or allows his heritage to be sold without learning its dimensions, composition, function, worth and true value". Are you a fool?
Today we have largely failed to properly share this heritage with our own children let alone with each other. Australia's population is sourced from about 200 different cultures. We each own and contribute part of that musical heritage. If we are wise, we will share it with our fellow citizens. December 2005's violent events in Cronulla & other parts of Australia showed the reality that no one heard or heeded our simple message.
Recent Australian governments, including today's, fail to protect our heritage allowing it to be overridden and replaced by commercialised homogenised pap.

Yeah, nothing is more pathetic than accusing other people of whining than making up an imaginary word to accuse them with. Then either being too stupid to know its not a word, or too lazy to fix it. I've also seen it as "whinning" (a horse?).
@Bierbasstard They weren't saying "whinnying" they were misspelling "whining". Smdh. As in my niece posting on Facebook "I'm so sick of people whinning about breastfeeding in public". When I pointed out on my wall how stupid it is when it takes more effort to misspell it like that than spell it right, she took it personally and unfriended me over it. Yep, throw your family to the curb to fight for your right to be stupid!
@Bierbasstard Oh I do enjoy shaking my damned head at lame attempts at humor. I do it all the livelong day. I have very strong neck muscles as a result. 
Thank you - a good reminder for all of us who don't scroll to the bottom of the pages. I'm gonna take a look at that FAQ and see what it is I don't know.

@FrayedBear You said three letters . I thought you were referring to the black rectangles . Perhaps you meant the letters , F , A , and , Q .
@Cast1es lol, your black rectangles are photos of the amount of the article on my phone screen.
@FrayedBear I was close , just didn't get the cigar !
@FrayedBear Already forwarded some of that to another author . She didn't understand why her work was italicized , so I told her to look for the stars ( capital 8 ) .
