Cosplay is costume-play for folk who enjoy anime and other such things and Otakon is the biggest anime con on the east coast...in Baltimore each year.

There are arm slots in the front...Nohface has arms that he gives away gold from. I gave away gold colored gravel until the janitors at Otakon asked me to stop.
