"Hi I'm Psychotic, and I'm psychotic"
...and I'm psychotic too! So said my new psychiatrist yesterday, who I overheard railing at my psychiatric nurse for not having sent me in to him months before!
OCD was a given but he said I have a, or more, deep rooted psychosis(es) based on our initial session. This is based partly on...
I hear the voices...of the characters I create. I usually control them but, just as sudden song inspirations, sometimes they "talk to me", or more likely talk to other characters in the fictional scenario.
I don't want to kill theists and conservatives but I do wish they'd just die. I joked that an ascension would be great, if they'd just all disappear. He was not amused.
I have...strange sexual proclivities. Vanilla sex does little for me. He was shocked at the sexual fantasies I realized with some of my costumed partners, moreso with those not yet realized.
So I've sent him back to the textbooks. He said narcissistic and sociopathic tendencies are evident but to what degree and precisely what disorder(s) will take time to ascertain.
Early in the session he asked if I posed a danger to myself or others. I said no. At the end of the session he asked if I posed a danger to others. I joked, he said "just respond yes or no".
Funny, I don't feel any different...I still feel I'm among the few sane in an insane world...and I'm happy with that!
