So I was on FB today and a friend said "Well I'm sure they're controlling our weather and have been for years" and then cited this organization.
Anyone have a clue what she's on about? Or has 'her cheese done slipped off her cracker'?
She also thought Bigfoot was in her yard last winter when some deer tracks melted in the snow....
Thought if you hadn't heard of this - you'd all find it interesting.

HAARP, despite supposedly being able to cause earthquakes and alter weather, looks more like a big array of antennae. Bigfoot? I was alive in the 1970's and I'm still waiting.
Some people have claimed that the Haiti earthquake was a demonstration of the earthquake weapon. I doubt it. I'd like to see proof. That'd be something big!

Absolutely no proof of anything large scale.
But I really didn't think the array existed outside of Sci-Fi I'd read.
