Canada legalizes pot. But what really changes.
Hmmm...No more selling illegal substances or growing because licenses can be obtained. The criminal element removed. NOT. It just got a name change. Now its called Bootlegging. I believe alcoholic beverages endured the same changes 90 years or so ago.
Next. Now that the Gov has control of Most of our vices, booze, drugs and gambling what exactly are the organized crime folks doing. Sounds like they might be unemployed and on the dole. So what does that say about Government CDN...Its scary. This ones for you Toolguy...lol

It was done in a rigged, corrupted and (canadian) liberal way. In a way to keep the little guy out of the way and to give it all to the big guys.

while I applaud legalization, seems governments have made it too expensive and provided enough loop holes that the traditional dealer system is still more or less intact

Legalization joke. Basically made legal for the government to tax and sell a bad quality product. And still illegal for the average Joe citizen to do most anything with it. Instead of decrimilizing it actually have made more work for thevlaw enfocement
