BREAKING NEWS CULLEN MCDONALD FOUND NOT GUILTY OF COMMON NUISANCE As per Dave Freedom: "Cullen Mcdonald has just been found not guilty of common nuisance a criminal charge he rec'd for peaceful protesting Niagra Ont. This is one of the most important decisions in Cdn history. I do not say that lightly. Had Mr. McDonald been found guilty our gov't would have set a dangerous precedent to arrest and criminally charge anyone for violating a simple regulation or by law. This could apply to any new narrative they saw fit., whether it be 15 min cities, the apparent climate crisis, or the next flu season. In other words, if a by law sez you cannot leave your home or area, the authorities could arbitrarily throw you in jail. The judge agreed that our faction was solid as we argued violations of the Cdn Bill of Rights and the complete lack of mens rea and actus reus. This decision will go down in history as a turning point in how the criminal code can be applied to peaceful protestors. So, congratulations Mr. McDonald we got this."

How did you get your post title large? try as I might , the best I can do is capitals. my fonts always reduce when posted. I even made the title huge in the word processor but it always reverts to the same font and size.
