Hey guys, I know I am not much more than a lurker here, but you have inspired me. I made up my mind from the first post I read here that I too would take some action. Am doing the keto g, wish I didn't have busted shoulders and could exercise more, but in 3 weeks, down 23 pounds, almost none in past week though. grrrr. Goal is to lose 60 kgs, ie 132 pounds by June 2019, would love to do it by Xmas 2018, so I could EAT!

You sound enthusiastic enough to do it. Keep going while you are still keen. We will give you all the support we can!

Dieting is damn near impossible. Changing what you eat is easier, barely, but it gives the best results. Cut sugar and fats, and eat lots of vegetables such as kale, carrots, tomatoes, and squash. Good luck.

Yes... NO freakin' dieting for me! Just lots of healthy natural foods. That means nothing in a box, a can, or frozen that has a list of ingredients. If you have to read the ingredients, put it down. Fruits, vegetables, chicken breast and fresh fish don't have ingredient lists. That's what to eat.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.
