Nice day, temperature was pleasant, rained lightly on and off, which we were in dire need of. Doctor visit in AM, she was pleased that I am dropping some pounds, may help with some medical issues. Back for follow up in 3 months.

Monday food intake as of midnight: milk, cereal, coffee w/ creamer - 300, cottage cheese, yogurt - 165, strawberries, lt cream cheese - 55, chicken breast meat, bun, 1/2 tsp mayo - 210, 1 mentos, 1/2 c trail mix - 160.
Made a bread pudding tonight, have not tasted it yet. Have not been eating bread much lately until I got some hot dog buns that are unusual, rather like Hawaiian bread. I had half a loaf of bread and a couple hamburger buns in the fridge to either toss or do something with so bread pudding it was. Serving has 170 calories so will have to freeze part of it for later and limit how much I eat. Will take some to my neighbor too. At 94, she doesn't cook anymore, except microwave but she enjoys some baked goods now and then or whatever I happen to cook, so I get to indulge my cooking urges but don't have the whole thing to eat.
Anyway, fine day today but will be hotter tomorrow and MUCH hotter (over 100°😉 the next 2 days. Progress report tomorrow. 🙂 I hope!

Good for you. I didn't make my goal on the 25th.
Total for the day, about 1800 calories. The main thing is my research about periodic fasting and the keytonic diet.

Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
