6/13/2018 - Friday the 13th! Nothing bad happened that I can think of other than I went across the street and weeded the neighbors flower bed then cooked a Digiorno pizza for us. Earlier in the day, I had a piece of fudge a friend made for Christmas presents. Suffice it say, calorie count today was over 1100 although it was possibly under 1200 and definitely under 1300. Not a tragedy, tomorrow will go better.
Made a big salad tonight, to eat on this week. Kale, broccoli, cauliflower, raisins, balsamic dressing. There is the curse, must always buy light Mayo!

Sorry to hear you're feeling bad. Hope today is better. Sometimes things are just beyond our control and get in the way of things like calorie counting. You will do better when you feel better.
