27/08/2018 - Diet Diary - HOT today, did not get done what I wanted to because it didn't cool off until late. Did keep the eating controlled, under 900 calories for the day. Good thing I do intermittent fasting, have to cut off the eating by 8 PM, which had definitely helped with not snacking as much.

Since I often stay up past 2 AM, there is a lot of time to fit in extra eating at night. For the most part, I have stayed within my 8 hour eating time for 3 months. Occasionally, when I travel, it is hard to not eat anything until after noon, the start of my eating window. Tomorrow is a travel day, BTW.
