I wanted to share an interesting book about weight loss. I have several friends who've been successful following these rules and I was wondering if anyone else uses BLE. The book is:

no flour
meals (designated times for eating, with abstinence from eating at all other times ie no snacking)
measured quantities (e.g., a digital scale to weigh food)
Once you hit your goal weight, then you can slowly reintroduce some flour and .
Looks like the disappearing words problem hit your post in several places. Re-inserting the same words that dropped won't likely fix it... you have to find different words, or modify them with spaces or hyphens.
