I wanted to share an interesting book about weight loss. I have several friends who've been successful following these rules and I was wondering if anyone else uses BLE. The book is:
Bright Line Eating by Susan Peirce Thompson, PhD.
If you're a lazy reader, the take away points are:
no (therefore no alcohol)
no flour
meals (designated times for eating, with abstinence from eating at all other times ie no snacking)
measured quantities (e.g., a digital scale to weigh food)
Once you hit your goal weight, then you can slowly reintroduce some flour and .

Looks like the disappearing words problem hit your post in several places. Re-inserting the same words that dropped won't likely fix it... you have to find different words, or modify them with spaces or hyphens. You can edit your text if you want so we can understand it without reading the book. It's a weird problem, never yet resolved by the site.

My advice mostly comes from physicians, including my primary care physician. He recommends eating vegan, as described in the documentary "Forks over Knives," which is on youtube, Netflix, and other free video sources. I've lost about 100 lbs so far, and believe I'll loose more, all without being hungry all the time. It's a life style change, not a diet. But, whatever works is OK in my book.
