07/10/2018 - Diet Diary- For anyone to share their diet day in a comment below.
Sometimes I'm late to make these, so please feel free to do so yourself. Just copy this preamble and change the date.
Catching up after company, on sleep and behavior. Went back to sleep this morning after the alarm so that's good. Second day in a row that I didn't track my eating though. Working on moving stuff from the dining room so I can modify the buffet into a window seat/bench. Working with paints, trying to get the green hue that I want to paint wall with before putting the new cabinets up. Still not sure on color, it was sunny when I painted the test areas but got cloudy before it dried and it is hard to really judge the different swatches without good lighting. All that kept me busy but kept me distracted from my kindle, where I have been tracking food.
Need to grab my notebook when having this kind of day. Going out of town to help friend paint tomorrow so will take my notebook with me as I won't have internet access out there. As long as I keep track I can put in my tracker later in the evening. Today didn't go real badly, although I didn't "track" I kept some mental tally and I'm confident I didn't exceed my maintenance level. I entered what I think was everything I ate and it came up around 1340 so even with a little leeway for something I might have missed, should have been under 1700. Tomorrow is a new day.
Good to hear from you again. I know what you mean by needing good light to see color. AFAIK there aren't any artificial lights that are quite as good, and most are horrible.
