I'm tired! I'm running against the clock, hoping to finish painting before weather breaks. One thing leads to another, now I'm working on the fishscale shingles, trying to get them clean enough to repaint. So, after 5-6 hours on a ladder, scraping and running a detail sander, my hands, arms, feet and legs are complaining. Tomorrow, more of the same.
Didn't keep calories as low as I planned today but at around 1150, still under my limit. Had cereal with a banana and milk for breakfast. It's a good thing I don't have cereal real often because I've never learned to eat a "serving" of cereal. A mere 3/4 cup looks so pitiful in that bowl, especially when there is a banana there. So, the day started with more than I had planned to have. Meh, it's just a day!

As hard as you worked, IMO your calorie intake was excellent.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
