Nothing new and exciting today. More of the same work on the front of the house. Looks like I still have a few days of good weather ahead so I'm hopeful I can get paint on what I need to. Need to get up earlier tomorrow so I can get some priming done before the warmest part of the day. Would like to have the lower half of the gable primed by tomorrow night.

Calorie count for today was 1049, just shy of 200 under my limit. Not going to do too many days that low in the next 3 weeks. I'm close enough to my short term goal I think I can comfortably get up to my limit and still reach my goal. Weight watching would sure be easier if I hated to cook. ? Unfortunately, I really enjoy trying new recipes, if they are winners, they go into my recipe box. Tonight I ran across one for slow cooker rice pudding. I'm wondering if it would come out like the rice pudding my grandmother used to make in a double boiler. I think I will have to try it.
