30/10/2018 - Diet Diary- For anyone to share their diet day in a comment below.
Sometimes I'm late to make these, so please feel free to do so yourself. Just copy this preamble and change the date.
Glucose 113
Calorie Goal 1200
Exercise: 10 sets of 100 curls & 30 pushes w/ 3lb dumbbells.
Breakfast:
1 c rice 200
1/8 c almonds 75
Lunch:
peanut butter sandwich 400 (I'm trying to quit)
Cooked a GMBOMBS vegetable stew and seasoned it Tex-Mex; it is almost as good as green enchiladas (a favorite of mine), but better for you.
Dinner:
vegetable stew with parmesan 500
Exercise:
Missed yesterday, been so busy with painting that the rest of the day got away from me and I had to go to bed. The picture is where I was last night at quitting time. Today I got 4 rows of color on the lower portion of the gable but it was too dark to take a picture when I got off the ladder. NEED a few more warm days!
Did keep track of eating yesterday and finished at 1181 calories. Today didn't go so well, got onto painting after "breakfast" and came in for a quick break, grabbed some yogurt&cottage cheese then grabbed a half dozen vanilla wafers to crumble into it. Later had a less than great snack and when I finally came in just after sunset, had big bowl of soup but had a bunch of crackers with it. I did not however keep track of all this as I went throughout the day and that always leaves room for memory lapses. After adding everything I could remember, finished about 100 calories over my goal limit. Hopefully I did not miss any significant food stuffs. I am confident I did not exceed my maintenance limit (1775) so will be OK but tomorrow will work harder at keeping track as I eat.
