Yet another day of the same stuff. Ready to add paint tomorrow. Blew up my detail sander, hope I can keep it operational long enough to finish this job. No good options locally, can order one but will have to do a little research on what to buy. The larger areas can be hot with the belt sander so only a limited amount of cedar shingles still need detailed.

Exercise class after lunch. Shopping after that. Need to cook tomorrow, not sure what I want to make, maybe spaghetti squash with sauce or sausage, potato, green bean slow cooker meal. Calorie intake today was 997, should be good. Had a little bounce this week, was less than a pound from my short term goal but now I'm 1 pound away. Slow diet!

The spaghetti squash sounds good.

Glucose 120; good, even though, I forgot to take metformin last night.

Calorie Goal 1200
Exercise: 1 sets of 10 curls & 10 pushes w/ 5 lb dumbbells.

Breakfast:
1 c strawberries 50

Lunch:
2 c vegetable stew 200 w/ Parmesan 50
dark cholocate 100

Dinner:
1/2 medium Schlotsky's sandwich 500
This was a huge mistake; though, I enjoyed it. About 8 hours later the neuropathy pain in my foot returned, and I'm suffering serious pangs of pain. Instant Karma.

Exercise:
1 sets of 50 curls & 20 pushes w/ 5 lb

Posted by OldMetalHeadI hit a new weight milestone this week. Still trying for the six-pack.

Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
