7/11/2018 - Diet Diary- For anyone to share their diet day in a comment below.
Sometimes I'm late to make these, so please feel free to do so yourself. Just copy this preamble and change the date.
Morning Glucose 124 although I forgot my metformin last night, for the third time in a row.
Calorie Goal 1200
Exercise Goal: 1 sets of 100 curls & 40 pushes w/ 5 lb dumbbells. I was lazy yesterday.
Breakfast:
oatmeal 100 remains of my wife's oatmeal.
Lunch:
vegetable stew 300
Dinner:
PB sandwich 200
Exercise Done:
1 sets of 100 curls & 35 pushes w/ 5 lb
Officially, today sucked! Did run some errands but it is cold, I'm cold, I ate entirely too much today and I'm tired. That said, I'm going to bed, hope to get warmer once I'm tucked in. Tomorrow I will consider doing a drastic reduction day to shock the system back onto track. Only 2 weeks before I switch to maintenance mode and it seems I'm determined to shift sooner and short of my goal for this year.
