8/11/2018 - Diet Diary- For anyone to share their diet day in a comment below.
Sometimes I'm late to make these, so please feel free to do so yourself. Just copy this preamble and change the date.
Better day today, eating wise at least. Had 850 calories plus 1lemon drop which I'm too lazy to look up now. Going to bed early again tonight, working on shifting bedtime forward some as it was sliding toward the 4 AM range. Cold weather helps, my thermostat lowers around 11 pm and as it cools down in the house I feel more like going to bed, where it is warm. Once settled in and cozy, my eyes get droopy pretty quickly.
Tomorrow I'll see if my kale survived the cold. I covered it and it is pretty hardy but I may loose much of the current, edible leaves. I've had the plants survive the winter a few times but the foliage(edible portion) gets frozen off when it gets real cold. If the greens look OK tomorrow, I'll try harvesting some more of it and getting it put up for later use. That's all for today, sleepy is creeping up on me.

Breakfast:
small grapefruit 100

Lunch:
vegetable stew 300
corn chips 200
Dinner:
I've reacted to the lackluster progressive results of the 2018 election and the realization that Climate Change will probably annihilate humanity and 90% of life on Earth. I've gotten drunk and eaten more than I should have. I've no idea how many calories I have eaten this evening. Lets say 1200. I'm pretty sure I cannot eat more than 1200 calories in one meal.
