Went to the annual craft fair today. It was fun although I started out late so I didn't get to all the locations. It started, years ago as just crafts but over time other sites opened up and some of the vendors sell commercial products. An interesting one, "magic"coffee that kills your urge to eat so you loose weight. Called Valentus SlimRoast, the seller said she lost 57 pounds since January and that you have to be careful you don't forget to eat. Only $130 for a month's supply. GOOD thing I don't believe in magic.

In the real world, eating less works, no magic required. Calorie intake today was 1002, actually a little lower than I would have done but I got involved in working on kale then cleaning the stove. Took the oven door apart to clean between the glass and before I realized, I had exceeded my eating "window". I actually went ahead and ate a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with yogurt as my intake was lower than I wanted it to be for the day.

Calorie Goal 1200
Exercise Goal: 3 sets of 50 curls & 20 pushes w/ 5 lb dumbbells.

Breakfast:
1 c strawberries 50
2 English muffins w/ topping 400

Lunch:
1 c vegetable soup 100
dark chocolate 100

Dinner:
1 c vegetable stew 100
1 c rice 200

Exercise Done:
3 sets of 50 curls & 20 pushes w/ 5 lb dumbbells.
