Quick check in, trying to organize to leave early for out of town med appointment tomorrow. I don't get up early because I don't generally sleep before 2 AM. Have a driver this time though so will be better, if I'm really tired won't be taking my life in my own hands.
Intake today was 1237, acceptable. Not sure how the higher limit will work out but need to rein in the impatience. It will take a while to determine if I can maintain on 1500 limit or not. I would like to think so as it would be nice to have the extra allowance but need cooperation from the body system. Well, need to get off to bed so I can be up in time.

Dinner:
sweet bread 300
grapefruit 175

Exercise Done:
0 sets of curls & pushes w/ dumbbells
500 steps with walker
