Yesterday was OK for intake, under 1400, salt 2450, high. Today was tighter on calories, 1005 and a little better on salt at 2250. Tomorrow not sure how it will go. Will be eating out as I'm going out of town for eye treatment so will take my "drivers" out to lunch. Will go to Hastings tomorrow so that is a 2 hour drive but will hit Menards while there. LOVE Menards! (for those not familiar, a Lowes, Home Depot type store)

Checked with nurse at clinic today about my BP and temperature recordings for the past 10 days. She didn't like the look of it, said it would be best to get in to see doc soon and see if med change is needed. She was troubled by the very low temp reading one night, it was at 94.7° which is technically hypothermic. They got me in on Thursday so hopefully will get some clarity then.

Mood is still bad, actually focusing on diet and health issues is a distraction so watching what I eat is a positive. If I drift back to emotional stuff, I want to snack. Once I give in to that, the day goes south quickly.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
