About that time I arrived in California and within a month I was a vegan! 3 months later I started hot yoga. I had such a hard time with the yoga because of only one thing and that was the breathing. Breathing troubles led me to breathwork and that was the feather in the cap of it all.

Next thing you know I lost 60 lb. I hadn't lost 60 lb in my life before maybe 25 at the most in any one time. Because I couldn't deny that it had happened oh, I had to get rid of the statement in my head. You know the statement I mean the one about how I was born to be this way everyone else can lose weight and some people can't I just have to learn to love myself. What a bunch of shet!

Okay here's how I did it...

Finally a weight loss plan that you can be excited about!

I quit my job, left my wife, bought a motorhome. I started traveling, I wanted to see everything I wanted to see. Because of sleeping 5 feet away from an oven and stove oh, I started cooking all my own meals.

Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
