3 July 2019 - Diet Diary - Day at home with the dogs, (and cat) uneventful until evening when the fireworks really got going. Finally had to lock one in her crate and cover it. She kept pacing and panting. Tried snugging her behind me in the chair, using pressure to calm her but she would pant so hard it was vibrating the chair. None of the others seem bothered by the noise.

Finally finished off the kale salad today, after adding even more kale. Was in the mood for sauteed greens again but had no bacon, which really is crucial (IMO) so finished the salad and got out a package of bacon. Will have to go out and "harvest" in the morning. Today's count was 1145, good number. Weight under goal today, tomorrow -who knows? Think I will take that postponed trip on Saturday which means bigger eating day since we will probably eat out, so might as well get ahead of it if possible.
